The Pixel Painter

July 25th, 2013

Most people work in Photoshop to work on stuff nowadays. 97-year old, Hal Lasko (Grandpa), does ALL his work in Microsoft Paint. He used to be a typography artist back in his day. His grandkids introduced him to Microsoft Paint and now he spends 10 hours working on 8-bit art. One of the interesting parts of this story is that Grandpa has eye trouble and has work on his pieces in magnified segments. Dope shit though. Creativity knows no limits; knows no age. Regardless what your age, if it’s in you and you hav ea want to get it out then it WILL get out.

Shout out Lamont for the plug.
